2020 Conference Update
April 27, 2020 - Annual Conference is CANCELLED
Dear PA APT Members:
After much deliberation, the Board of PA APT has made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 Conference. Penn State has closed all events until June 19th with some anticipation that this requirement will extend through the summer. We considered many replacement options but the unpredictability of this pandemic nullified all of our choices. Anyone who registered for the conference will be issued a full refund.
Many of you are likely needing continuing education credits to maintain your APT credential. APT has relaxed standards in light of this international crisis and is permitting non-contact hours as replacement for the required number of contact hours if your credentials need renewed before May 31, 2020. Please go to the APT website for more information so you can fulfill your renewal requirements.
The Board of PA APT is considering how we can expand our opportunities across the state, both now in response to this crisis and ongoing. For more information, regularly check the PA APT website, follow us on Facebook and/or Instagram, and/or join us for one of our next two Thursday evening Zoom virtual forum/panels. We will be meeting on April 30th and May 14th at 7:00pm. The Zoom link will be posted on Facebook prior to the meeting time. This is an open forum and there is an opportunity for discussion.
Thank you for your support of PA APT through this difficult time. We truly hope to see you next April at our annual conference!
Save the dates (both at the Penn Stater) for our next two conferences:
April 23-24 2021
April 29-30 2022
