REPLACEMENT CE CERTIFICATES

There is a $32 fee for each replacement CE certificate.  Checks should be written to PA APT and mailed to the address below.  Use the Pay Now link below to pay by credit card or Google Pay. Money will need to be received before a replacement certificate will be issued and emailed (please provide an email address).  There will be an additional $30 fee for a bounced or returned check.
