Cancellation Policy:

Refunds will be made ONLY if requested up to 15 days prior to the conference and will be subject to an administrative fee of $50.  After this time,  you will have the option to transfer your registration fee to another person in lieu of a refund; however you are responsible for contacting PA APT to inform them of this change.  PA APT is not liable  for any fees paid by the original registrant and fees paid will only be  transferred to the new registrant. Contact treasurer@paapt.org with questions or to cancel or transfer your registration.

PA APT reserves the right to cancel the conference in the event of rare, unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation, registrants will be notified and will receive a full refund of registration fees. In all instances, the liability of PA APT is limited to the refund of registration fees only.
