Cancellation Policy:
Conference registration fees and continuing education fees (if applicable), minus a $25
administrative charge per transaction, will be refunded only if the request is received at least 10 calendar days prior to the event. All requests must be submitted to the current PA APT Treasurer (treasurer@paapt.org) in writing.
● No Refund: Due to financial commitments and venue contracts for the PA APT annual
conference, no refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations received less than 10
calendar days from the event, nor for individuals who register but do not attend the
conference.
● Registration Transfers and Waitlist: Registrations may be transferred to another
individual without penalty, provided written notification is received prior to the event. All requests must be submitted to the current PA APT Treasurer (treasurer@paapt.org) in
writing.
○Waitlist: After the close of registration, PA APT will add the name(s) of anyone
who missed the registration deadline to a waitlist. All requests for waitlist must be
submitted to the current PA APT Treasurer (treasurer@paapt.org) in writing and
include name(s) and contact information. If possible, the Treasurer will pass
those names along to any registrants who find a last minute need to cancel.
Anyone requesting to be waitlisted is automatically giving consent to PA APT to
share their name and contact details with those registrants in need of cancelling.
PA APT will have no further involvement of any transfer or refund but must
receive the name(s) of anyone replacing a previously registered participant as
soon as possible. Negotiations related to such transfers will be the responsibility
of the individuals involved.
● Cancellation by PA APT: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, PA APT reserves the right to cancel the annual conference. If such occurs, PA APT will attempt to notify
registrants at least 10 calendar days prior to the conference and offer refunds for
registration and continuing education fees if possible.
